- Free standard shipping on every Auto-Refill order (US, UK, AU, CA).
- One-time orders: $5 standard shipping in the US. $12 international.
- Expedited shipping (2-day) available at checkout for $14.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed, and quality-checked within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an automatic tracking email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Delivery windows
- United States: 3-5 business days after shipping (standard).
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days.
- Australia: 7-12 business days.
- Canada: 5-10 business days.
Auto-Refill deliveries
Your renewal ships automatically based on your selected cadence (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month). You'll get a reminder email 5 days before each shipment with a link to skip, swap, or cancel.
Lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days or your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact our team. We re-ship or refund - no hassle, no proof-of-loss forms.
