SHIPPING TIMES

Orders ship from the United States. We process orders within 1 business days, and most packages arrive within 4–7 business days for the continental U.S. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take up to 10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. We do not require a signature on delivery. Shipping is free on orders over $45.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly at office@myotide.co if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
