Refund policy
At MYOTIDE we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, returns are subject to the conditions below, which exist to protect the safety of every customer.
You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility (standard return). To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase or your order number. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement products.
How to start a return. Email us at office@myotide.co with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days at office@myotide.co if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items. Opened or used supplements, gift cards, free gifts, and sale or clearance items. If you're not satisfied after trying MYOTIDE, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund your first order, even if opened. Limit one per customer/household.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may need additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
