Reselling outside authorized channels can render a product materially different and affect its safety, efficacy, or any guarantee. We may limit or refuse orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. PAYMENT; SUBSCRIPTION BILLING. All charges are in U.S. Dollars. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use it, that it is accurate, and that sufficient funds are available. Our payment processors may receive updated card details (such as a new expiration date) from your card issuer; contact your issuer to opt out of that service. If you enroll in an Auto-Refill subscription, your payment method is charged at checkout and automatically on the recurring schedule and at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or your Auto-Refill management link, or by emailing office@myotide.co. Recurring billing and cancellation are governed by our Subscription / Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

8. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE. Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not signify our acceptance. We may accept or decline any order for any reason; if we decline, we refund your original payment method. We may require additional information before processing an order and are not liable for losses arising from a refusal to provide a product or service.

9. SHIPPING. We ship from the United States to addresses within [DECISION: the United States / the United States and listed international destinations]. Shipping is free on orders over $45. An accurate shipping address and contact details are required; we are not responsible for late or missing shipments caused by incorrect address information. 10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Because events at your delivery address are beyond our control, you agree that the carrier's delivery confirmation is sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS. We want you to be satisfied. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged or defective, contact us so we can make it right. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and full return terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Once we confirm a refund request, it generally takes five to ten business days to process; your financial institution may need additional time to post it.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA. This applies to anyone who interacts with our presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). Those platforms are not controlled by us and have their own terms and privacy policies. 17. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS. The Website may include third-party materials or links to third-party sites that we do not control and are not responsible for. Review their policies before transacting, and direct any complaints about third-party products to that third party.
